Based in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Suhulu Consulting is a business consulting firm whose mission is to provide domestic and foreign investors with technical advice including key indicators in the context of investing in Congo.

With solid references in the banking, agro-industry, infrastructure, mining, NICT, hydrocarbons and energy sectors, we offer intermediation, financial advice, tax support and accountant, both to SMEs and to large private and state structures.

We highlight the countless business opportunities offered by the largest country in sub-Saharan Africa, the DRC, an eminent member of several regional organizations on the African continent, including the SADC, the OHADA space, and the newly ‘EAC.

Andy D. OSOKONDA

Andy D. OSOKONDA

Business lawyer, expert in taxation and company law, holder of an Executive Master’s degree in business law and business management from the University of Liège, he is a product of a mixed public-private experience. In particular, he went through one of the largest business firms, listed in the top 4 business firms, where he mainly managed the tax and legal files of mining companies (and mining subcontractors), hydrocarbon operators, telecommunications companies, banks and agro-industrial and other operators, based mainly in Kinshasa, Lubumbashi, Lualaba and other main cities of the DRC. In public sector, he worked for several years as senior advisor of the Minister of Transport as well as of the Minister of SMEs of the DRC. These combined experiences provide him with an overview and the reflexes of anticipation, action and reaction necessary for the constant and violent dynamism of the business world. His areas of expertise are: corporate taxation, business law and economic lobbying.

He is married and father of 2 children.

Freddy ASSANI RADJABU

Holder of a Master degree in economics, in the process of obtaining his DEA in Finance, Banking and Insurance, he is expert in financial evaluation and support for SMEs. He evolved for several years in ministerial offices, as well as in projects financed by multilateral donors, mainly the World Bank. His expertise is available in particular in the development, analysis and evaluation of development projects to be financed by national or international financial institutions; monitoring and controlling the optimal management of the resources of a development project or a public or private enterprise; interim audit and certification of the financial statements of a development project or a public or private company;

He is married and father of 6 children.
